Modafil Prescription.
Modafil comes as a tablet to take by mouth. Modafil is usually taken once a day with or without food. If you are taking
modafil to treat narcolepsy or OSAHS, you will probably take it in the morning. If you are taking modafil to treat shift
work sleep disorder, you will probably take it 1 hour before the beginning of your work shift.
Modafil Side Effects.
More common side effects of Modafil may include:
- Sore throat;
- Runny nose;
- Prickling or tingling feeling;
- Nervousness;
- Nausea;
- Lung problems;
- Loss of muscle strength;
- Loss of appetite;
- Infection;
- Headache;
- Dry mouth;
- Dizziness;
- Difficulty sleeping;
- Diarrhea;
- Depression;
- Anxiety;
Modafil Overdose.
Symptoms may include:
- Tremor;
- Sleeplessness;
- Restlessness;
- Nausea;
- Fast heartbeat;
- Excitation;
- Diarrhea;
- Confusion;
- Anxiety;
- Agitation;

Modafil Storage.
Store at room temperature between 66 and 79 degrees F (19 to 26 degrees C) away from light and moisture.
Modafil Warnings.
Modafil can decrease the effectiveness of certain contraceptives including birth control pills and implantable contraceptives.
If you are using these types of contraceptives while taking Modafil and for 1 month after you stop treatment with Modafil
you should either use:
- another effective birth control method together with your current contraceptive.
- an alternate birth control method,
Do not drive or operate other complex machinery until you know how Modafil affects your ability to function.
